♡SYNOPSIS♡

A chance encounter can change everything.

Olivia Moore is your average hard working, down to earth, Aussie chick.

Taking each day as it comes, working in a factory, Olivia is just plodding along through life. She’s resigned herself to the fact she’s not going to get her happily ever after, a husband… kids… because she has given up on men – they lie and cheat, leaving a world of pain in their wake.

Then Olivia meets Joel.

Joel Turner is hard working, down to earth, sexy, kind, fun… in fact, he’s damn near perfect. Joel is exactly the type of man Olivia has always wanted. He stirs emotions in her that have laid dormant for years. He breaks down her walls, forcing Olivia to fall in love and to finally believe fairy tales really can come true.

Until she discovers something that could change it all.

 ♡REVIEW♡

HOW TO LIV is a sweet, and steamy new contemporary romance novel from Australian author Megan Keith, that will leave you craving “the holy grail of chocolate biscuits” Tim Tams, and a night under the sheets with a hottie named Joel.

Though for me, I wasn’t pulled into the story as much as I was previous books by this author, it was still a really enjoyable read and I often found myself with a silly grin on my face, or swooning over Joel. And let’s not forget, laughing a LOT at the best four-sided stamp in the world!

‘YOU’RE AN IDIOT!’
‘I’M A GENIUS!’
‘AMAZEBALLS!’
‘MEH…’

There was a great cast of characters from Olivia (AKA Libby and Liv) who was instantly likeable and who made me cry when she revealed her secrets. The same secrets that made me dislike her sister more and more. I dare you to read this book and not think “What a bitch!!!!!!” To secondary characters Karen, Jess and the misunderstood sleaze Eric, Raelene and Drew. And finally, Joel. I really do love that guy.

“I don’t ever want to let you go,” Joel said, cupping the back of my neck. He pulled himself to me, until our foreheads were touching.
“So don’t.”

Joel was a surprise all round. He wasn’t your typical guy found in a book. He wasn’t CEO of any billion dollar company. He wasn’t a bad boy. He wasn’t a manwhore. He was nice. He was incredibly sweet, handsome, shy, and nervous. All of which changed when he got Liv naked. Holy hotness, this guy is a sex machine! Hello Mr Dominant! But Joel has a secret . . .

A secret that shocked me more than anything else about him. I was absolutely not expecting to find out what I did. I kept guessing throughout the book because it was obvious he was being shady about something, but when it finally came to the big reveal, it was a major GASP, eyes wide open, jaw hitting the floor, kind of moment.

With love, sex, secrets, betrayal, and an ending that literally could not be any more perfect, Megan Keith has once again given us another great book, and I look forward to seeing what she delivers to us next.

Megan Keith is a married, mother of three, living in a small country town in New South Wales, Australia.  She has loved reading books for as long as she can remember, but it wasn’t until she got given a kindle that she became a full-blown reading addict.  Her introduction to the world of indie authors re-ignited her passion for writing.  Megan has published the first two books in a new adult romance trilogy, Finding My Way and Crossroads, with the third still a work in process.  She also has written an erotic novella called Eraser.  How to Liv is her fourth published book.
